Log Floor System:- Average log diameter 13" ~ 15"
- Round log post and beam construction
- Log posts are constructed of Douglas Fir
- Tuck cuts for interior finish framing materials
- Wall pitch height as per plans (approx 10’-0"+-)
- Posts flattened to accept finish-framing materials
- Flat end trim on posts to allow direct bearing surfaces.
- Posts are grooved to allow tucking of drywall & sheathing
- Logs treated with protective anti-mildew/ fungicide deterrent
- Sanding of knots, logging scars and exposed chain saw cuts

Technical Assistant:- Full visual inspection of all logs during tagging
and numbering.
- Final sanding and cleanup of logs before shipping.
- Apply non-hazardous wood treatment to prepare for
staining, maintain color, deter mold and fungus growth.
- Our pricing includes the labor for the on site technical
assistant during the re-assembly of the log package.
- After the erection of the shell, our assistant will consult
with your general contractor to ensure a full understanding
of the framing and finishing details required for your
new post and beam home.
This special is only available for new home buyers starting the preliminary design in July 2011.
The 5% preliminary design deposit must be paid before July 31st 2011, and
a second payment of 15% is due before Dec. 31 2011 to secure the price until June 30 2012.
Homes must be delivered before June 30 2012.
After July 1 2012, this discount expires.
