- Posts are grooved to allow tucking of drywall & sheathing

Pre Delivery:

and numbering.
- Final sanding and cleanup of logs before shipping.
- Apply non-hazardous wood treatment to prepare for
staining, maintain
color, deter mold and fungus growth.
Technical
Assistant:
- Our pricing includes the labor
for the on site technical
assistant during the re-assembly of the log
package.
- After the erection of the shell, our assistant will consult
with your
general contractor to ensure a full understanding
of the framing and
finishing details required for your
new post and beam home.
