This special is only available for
new homes buyers starting the preliminary design in September 2010. A 5%
preliminary design deposit must be paid before August 1st 2010 in order
to receive the 25% discount. All home packages delivered in 2010 will
receive a free interior log staircase with log hand railing. Log shell
package must be delivered no later than May 31, 2011 to be eligible for the
full 25% discount. Homes delivered after June
1, 2011 are only entitled to a 10% discount. This discount can not be combined with any other offer.
