The Blue Ridge is Editor's Favorite
Our very own
Blue Ridge
was chosen Editor's Favorite in the 12th annual Log Home Living Magazine Floor Plan Design Competition.
The Blue Ridge has been one of our most popular new designs since it was introduced in the autumn of 2007.
Much like its slightly older cousin the
Westbury,
the Blue Ridge is a contemporary twist on
the post and beam log home.
Dramatic prow roofs and twin decks with spiral stairs highlight the exterior.
A spacious light-flooded open living-dining-kitchen area is highlighted by a soaring stone fireplace
and a log stairway leading up to a cantilevered walkway.
